Stallfinder & School Together Now.com
As seen on BBC Breakfast, School Together Now.com is a free social website aimed at school children and their parents. It aims to unite the local community surrounding our schools whilst revolutionising the way education is funded in Britain. Parents and children are grouped by the school they attend and can send and receive messages, play fun online games and chat in the forum. For the parents there's also a Job Board and Classified Ads directory where they can source local products and services. Schools benefit as 20% of the advertising revenue from these Classified Ads is donated back into the school fundraising pot. The website is very safe and child security is the number one priority. In addition the scheme has been designed to run with no administration burden on the schools or the PTA. For more information please visit http://www.schooltogethernow.com/ or email esther.guy@schooltogethernow.com.Happy New Year!

Third Sector Forums - new online community
![]()
Third Sector Forums is a friendly online community for UK charity professionals, volunteers and social entrepreneurs. The forums are a place for people to network, learn, debate and discuss third sector issues. Categories include funding, fundraising, governance, legal issues, internet, marketing, campaigns, social enterprise and more. While the forums are third sector focused, private and public professionals are welcome too. The forums are 100% free to use and run by volunteers.
The forums were founded by Ross McCulloch who has a background in education, community planning, has run his own business and is now developing a partnership between three Lanarkshire charities. Ross also volunteers for Scottish Community Foundation and sits on the Big Lottery Fund's Fair Share Scotland Panel. More recently, Ross has started writing a third sector blog for the Sunday Mail .
